Benford Seminar at Hager's 2018
On July 14 Ray Hager hosted a seminar for Buddy Benford CBII's senior Chin na Instructor. He taught some basic concepts of Chin na and related them to the Walu which is taught heavily in Ray Hager's school. Pics include several things going on in Ray's School.

Chen Bing in Columbus 2018
Chen Bing went to a handful of places in the US in 2018. A couple of our CBII people went up to Columbus, Ohio to study with him there. They took some group workshops in Xinjia Yilu, Taiji Sword and Push Hands. Earl Morgan and Joe Rea Phillips also took a couple of semi-privates in relaxing and Push Hands practice.
